I think its awesome we have this forum. My concern is how are we going to keep the influx of new people as the post on PA falls off the front page? We already have a pretty high turnover rate, and the ingame population isnt big enough to support recruiting from in game.

Id love to hear ideas on how to keep our city growing and getting new awesome peoples into this game.

Yes, progress reports sound like a good idea. I don't think we should ever resort to shouting invites for the whole server, but how would in-game invites work?
